I’ve focused my career on business growth and transformation and much of my success can be attributed to strong “partnering” with other organizations to deliver successful business outcomes.
I’ve learned that partnering is not always easy. Aligning priorities, go to market strategies and field engagement between disparate organizations sound great on paper, but executing in the field requires attention and persistent focus. As a result I founded Cloud Wave Partners to enable organizations to realize the art of the possible through proven sales, innovation and partner strategies aligned to disruptive digital technology.

Vince is an award-winning leader who has delivered and advanced three successful transformations. The first was at what is now Zebra Technologies where he developed the value proposition and exponentially grew this pioneer in wireless computing. Next was a mobile technology turnaround where he successfully launched a new business segment, developing channel, GTM, procurement and forged a key partnership resulting in the successful divestiture to General Dynamics. The third was as Microsoft’s GM for US Public Sector partner sales leading a $4.6B channel business where he successfully led the launch of Microsoft’s cloud offerings and enabled the organization’s transformation to a cloud services model.
In addition, Vince hosts a podcast featured on iTunes and Google Play focused on helping technology giants and channel partners connect and thrive in this age of digital transformation, “Ultimate Guide to Partnering”.
Vince holds a BS from Seton Hall University and certificates in Leadership and Management from Arizona State University and the University of Delaware.
